Lists
Lists live alongside your notes. Each one starts from a starter, so it already fits what you’re tracking.

Section titled “Start a list”- Open Notes and tap to create.
- Choose a starter — Simple List, Grocery, Watchlist, Subscriptions, Anniversaries, or Goals.
- Give it a name and start adding rows.

Section titled “Choose a starter”- Simple List, Grocery, Watchlist — plain rows you add, edit, and check off.
- Subscriptions, Anniversaries — rows become countdown cards, showing the time remaining until each date.
- Goals — rows become goal cards, showing progress toward a target.
A few starters are part of Nydhei Pro or the Creator Pack — the starter card shows you before you create it.

Section titled “Add and edit rows”Use Add row, then fill in the fields that starter offers. Tap any row to edit it. Starters with a status or category field can be filtered down to one at a time.

Turn a row into a task
Section titled “Turn a row into a task”When a row needs doing, use Convert to task to open it in the task editor with its details already filled in. The row stays linked to the task it created.

Section titled “Good to know”- Each starter keeps its own layout — standard rows, countdown cards, or goal cards — so a list always looks the way you chose it to.
- Rows can carry their own notes and comments, separate from the list itself.
- Move, pin, or trash a list the same way you would a note.
