Some tasks you build the same way again and again. Save one as a template, and the next one is ready in a moment.

- Tap + to add one.
- Fill in the details you reuse — a category, a priority, an estimate, a description — and save.
You can also save an existing task as a template from the task editor, so a good setup becomes reusable without retyping it.

Section titled “Use a template”While you’re creating a task, type * in the title to search your templates, then pick one. Its details fill in, and you can change anything that’s different this time before saving.
Pin the templates you reach for most — up to three — to keep them near the top.

Section titled “Good to know”- Templates save the shape of a task, not its place in time. Set the dates when you use it.
- Editing or deleting a template leaves the tasks you already made from it untouched.
- Reset templates brings back the starter set if you’d like to begin again.
