Status: Track your progress with To-Do, In-Progress, On-Hold, or Done.

Priority: Mark how urgent it is (Low, Medium, High, or Urgent).

Category: Organize by area of life. Default choices include Work, Personal, Health, and Learning. (You can also create custom categories in Settings).

Tags: Add free-form labels for extra context. Unlike categories, you can add multiple tags to a single task.

Description: Add extra details, notes, or instructions in your own words.

Schedule: Set date ranges, start/end times, and time estimates. You can also set up recurring tasks here.

Notes: Create a brand new note or link existing ones directly to your task.

Task Links: Connect your work using three relationship types: Subtasks, Related tasks, or Blocked by. For each type, you can either create a brand new task on the spot or link an existing one.

Comments: Leave quick thoughts, updates, or feedback inside the task.

Time Entries: Track the hours you work. You can log time manually, or let the app automatically create an entry whenever you move tasks between columns on your Board.

History: View a complete, step-by-step log of all changes made to the task.

Template: Save the details of a task to reuse later, making it incredibly fast to create similar tasks in the future.

Quick Syntax: Save time by typing short tokens directly into the title field—or simply tap them—to instantly set a task’s schedule, reminder, estimate, links, or description without leaving your keyboard.

Delete: Remove the task card when you no longer need it.

  • A title alone is a perfectly good task.
  • Linking a task to a note keeps the context with the work.
  • To repeat a task on a schedule, see Recurring tasks.
