Linking a device

To read your encrypted work on another device, that device needs your keys. Nydhei moves them across safely, directly between your devices.

Link a device

1. Sign in on the new device.
2. Use the secure key transfer to connect it to a device you already trust.
3. Confirm, and your work becomes readable on the new device.

Good to know

• Only devices you link can read your encrypted content. A new device can’t read your history until you’ve linked it.
• If you ever lose access to your devices, your recovery phrase is how you get back in.
